Roofest Terms and Conditions of Business

1. Pricing and Fees

Roofest operates on an individual project pricing basis. A specific fee will be calculated and agreed upon before any estimating work begins. No estimating work will commence until formal acceptance of the proposed fee has been received.

2. Initial Enquiries

All enquiries submitted via the Roofest website contact form will receive an automatic email response. This email will include a summary of these Terms and Conditions, outlining clearly how Roofest conducts business and our expectations from customers.

3. Project Review and Fee Confirmation

Upon reviewing the details of your submitted project, Roofest will issue a second email providing a clear and detailed outline of the fee required for your specific estimating project. You must confirm your acceptance of this fee by replying to this email, clearly agreeing to the stated terms and fee.

4. Commencement of Estimating Work

Roofest will only begin estimating work once you have explicitly confirmed acceptance of the agreed fee. By confirming acceptance, you are entering into a formal agreement with Roofest to undertake and complete the estimating work detailed in the provided fee outline.

5. Invoicing and Payment Terms

An invoice for the agreed estimating fee will be issued alongside the completed estimate documentation. Payment of the invoice must be made in full within 7 business days from the invoice date. Failure to make payment within the specified timeframe may result in additional charges or the suspension of further estimating services until payment is received.

6. Late Payment

If payment is not received within the agreed 7 business days, Roofest reserves the right to apply late payment charges or interest in accordance with UK law. Roofest also retains the right to pursue any outstanding debts through appropriate legal channels if necessary.

7. Changes to Terms

Roofest reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions of Business at any time. Any changes will be communicated directly to customers and will apply to all future agreements from the date of notification.

8. Acceptance

By engaging Roofest’s services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. This agreement forms the basis of all transactions and projects carried out by Roofest.
